The power went out at a contra dance I was at once. There was a big thunderstorm, and the power went out right during a dance. So we had a long break while some basic emergency lighting was found, and then danced more quietly, to unamplified music, and peacefully in the dimness. Actually I'm not sure about the any events beyond the power going out. Just that it happened, and it was fun.
